My name is Sif, I'm 30 years old and from Denmark. SifBeth is my cake decorating business and it opened in May 2009 with a plan to teach the whole world about the wonders of royal icing and the Lambeth Method. Which I did. Well almost.
November 2010 I was offered a wonderful opportunity to sell cakes from a small french bistro in Aarhus (Klassisk 65, if you ever visit Aarhus go there. Get the chevre chaud, the snails and the creme brulee. And the flambéed steak), my hometown. This means less time for teaching and more time for baking and decorating custom cakes, and thus I have started working on a book about cake decoration in my spare time.
